Jeff Koons, known for creating lavish worlds with colorful, metal spheres as well as characters of both humans and animal, recently went on a excursion across the pond for his solo exhibition at Fondation Beyeler in Riehen, Switzerland. Mr. Koons showcased new pieces that trace their origins back to his earlier work in the 80′s. What’s really neat about this affair is this marks the first time that a Swiss museum has ever commemorated an American artist. The exhibition runs until September 2, 2012.
